Business Description
Oryx International Growth Fund Limited. The Group's principal activity is that of a closed-ended investment. The Objective of the Group is to seek to generate consistently high absolute returns whilst maintaining a low level of risk for shareholders. The policy of the Group is to develop a long-term portfolio, principally of equity and equity-related investments in medium and small companies.Investment management services are provided by North Atlantic Value LLP for a fee of 1.25% on the first 15 million of the Net Asset Value and Loan Stock Value of the company, and 1% any excess, payable monthly in arrears. The agreement is terminable on 12 months' notice or immediately should the Manager be placed into receivership or liquidation.
