Business Description
Pennine AIM VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objectives of the Company are to invest in a selection of VCT qualifying AIM companies with the intention of achieving capital growth together with an attractive income flow, and to maintain VCT status so that the Company and its shareholders may continue to benefit from the tax reliefs and exemptions available under the VCT legislation. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Rathbone Investment Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 1.8% of net assets of the Ordinary Share pool per annum.The agreement may be terminated by either party giving to the other not less than twelve months' notice in writing.
