Business Description
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT Plc Formerly known as Triven VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide investors with a regular income stream, by way of tax free dividends, and to generate capital growth through portfolio realisations, which can be distributed by way of additional tax free dividends. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 274 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 2007 throughout the year ended 31-Jan-2008.Investment management services are provided by Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP, for a fee equal to one quarter of 2% of the closing net assets attributable to the Fund, payable quarterly in arrears in advance one month after the end of the quarter. The agreement is terminable on one years' notice in writing at any time after the initial period of 3 years.
