Business Description
Intandem Films PLC. The Group's principal activity is executive producing and international selling and marketing feature films. The Group specialises in film finance, development, production and international film sales, working closely with producers, directors and actors to bring films with international appeal from script to screen. The business has two core functions namely, Executive Production and International Sales. The Executive Production relates to seeking out and acquiring projects with strong commercial prospects from script stage, collaborating with producers to finance projects and works on all aspects of the creation of the film including recommendations for directors and principal cast. The International Sales prepare sales estimates and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for each film. The Group operates predominantly in the United Kingdom. On 15-Sep-2009, the Group disposed of its shareholding in Radical Publishing Inc.
