iomart Group plc. The Group's principal activity is providing web hosting and managed hosting services through a network of owned data centers. The Group operats through two segments: Easyspace, which provides a range of managed Web hosting services and domain name registration services and Hosting, which is engaged in the provision of managed hosting facilities and services through a network of owned data centers. On 9-July-2008, the Group completed the sale of its subsidiary, Ufindus Limited, to British Telecommunications plc. In May 2009, the Group acquired Rapidswitch Limited.
