Business Description
Osprey Smaller Companies Income Fund Ltd. The Company's principal activity is that of a Closed-ended Investment. The objective of the Company is to provide an attractive level of income to shareholders with potential for both income and capital growth by investing primarily in companies traded on the London Stock Exchange, AIM or Plus Market with market capitalisations of less than 1billion at the point of initial investment. The Company is a closed-ended Investment Company registered under the provisions of The Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008. The Company has been granted exemption from Guernsey taxation under The Income Tax (Exempt Bodies) (Guernsey) Ordinance 1989.Investment management services are provided by Midas Investment Management Ltd for an annual fee calculated at the rate of 0.25% of the net asset value of the Company. The agreement is terminable by either party on one year's notice.
