Business Description
Chelverton Growth Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide capital growth through investment in companies listed on the Official List and traded on the Alternative Investment Market with a market capitalisation at the time of investment of up to 50 million, which are believed to be at a point of change. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 833 of the Companies Act 2006. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Aug-2007. Investment management services are provided by Chelverton Asset Management Ltd for a fee calculated at a monthly fee of 1/6% of the gross value of funds under management payable monthly in arrears.
