Business Description
Daisy Group Plc Formerly known as FREEDOM4 Group Plc. The Group's principal activity is supplying telecommunication services. It focuses on the supply of supply of wireless telecommunications services. It has a 52.35% share of the joint venture which owns licensed spectrum in the 3.6GHz frequency band and has built a WiMAX network in three cities, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Warwick. As of 31-Dec-2008, it had 42 base station sites in and around the targeted areas, which covers over 50,000businesses and 275,000 homes. On 02-Apr-2008, the Group sold its hosting and network services division. On 17-Apr-2008, the Group acquired the trade and assets of BOZII Limited.
