Business Description
Matrix Income & Growth VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide investors with a regular and growing income stream, by way of tax free dividends, and to generate capital growth through portfolio realisations, which can be distributed by way of additional tax free dividends. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Matrix Private Equity Partners Ltd for a fee calculated at 2% per annum based upon the value of the net assets of the Company payable in advance. The agreement is for an initial period of three years and thereafter until its appointment is terminated by not less than one year's notice in writing to expire at any time after the initial period.
