Business Description
F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Apr-2007.Investment management services are provided by F&C Management Ltd foe a fee calculated equal to 0.4% per annum, payable monthly in arrears, of net assets managed by the Manager (with debenture stock valued at market value) at the calculation date.The agreement is terminable upon six months' notice given by either party.
