Plexus Holdings PLC. The Group's principal activity is designing, selling and renting of equipment for the underwater drilling and mining industry. The Group operates as an oil and gas engineering, and service business based in Aberdeen, with an office in London and a presence in Houston, Texas. The Group has developed and patented a method of engineering for oil and gas field wellheads and connectors named POS-GRIP which involves deforming one tubular member against another to effect gripping and sealing. POS-GRIP wellhead systems have been used by more than 60 oil and gas wells by international customers and end users including ConocoPhillips, BHB Billiton, Talisman Energy, Tullow Oil, Global Santa Fe, Gaz de France and Wintershall. Products include POS-GRIP Adjustable Wellhead (13-5/8, 10,000 psi), POS-GRIP Adjustable Wellhead (18-3/4, 15,000 psi), POS-GRIP HG Production Wellhead (18-3/4, 15,000 psi) and POS-GRIP HG Production Wellhead (13-5/8, 5,000 psi).
