Tex Holdings plc. The Group's principal activities are providing plastic injection moulding and toolmaking, and manufacturing and supplying proprietary piling equipment, engineering products and boards and panels. The Group's operations are carried out in three divisions. Plastic provides precision injection, toolmaking, moulding, assembly and finishing services. Engineering designs and manufactures a range of piling and compaction equipment for the ground engineering sector. This division also manufactures and sells Trojan Asphalt Mixers, road surfacing, equipment, Mobility Scooter Stores, Allied Kiosks & Enclosures, Fibertex Geotextiles, diesel engine and governor rebuilding. Boards and Panels manufactures and sells lightweight honeycomb boards and panels which are used in such areas as retail, signage, exhibitions, office furniture, caravan furniture, construction and engineering.
