Avingtrans PLC. The Group's principal activity is to provide precision engineering components and services to the energy, medical, scientific and research communities, traffic management, automation, machinery and aerospace industries worldwide. It operates in three segments: Aerospace, Energy and Medical, and Industrial Products. Aerospace segment manufactures rigid pipe assemblies and prismatic components for aero engines and precision polishing ofaircraft components. Energy and Medical segment manufactures machined and fabricated vacuum components for the energy, medical, science andresearch communities. It also designs and manufactures fabricated poles and cabinets for roadside safety cameras and rail track signalling. Industrial Products segment designs, manufactures, distributes and services precision ballscrews, spindles and related linear and rotary products servicing the original equipment and after markets in global industry.
