Penney Company, Inc., Sears Holding Corporation, Target Corporation and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. The primary brands include Vans(R), The North Face(R), Kipling(R), Wrangler(R), Lee(R), Red Kap(R), Nautica(R) and lucy(R). In May 2008, it acquired Mo Industries Holdings, Inc.
