The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 05-Apr-2007.Investment management services are provided by CG Asset Management Ltd for a fee equal to 0.85% per annum of the gross assets of the Company based on quarterly valuations and payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is terminable on 12 months' notice.
