The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Jun-2006.Investment management services are provided by F&C Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 0.20% of the funds under management payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement may be terminated by either party upon six months' notice.
