The Company has been approved by HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Oct-2006.Investment management services are provided by RCM (UK) Ltd for a fee of 1.0% per annum (plus VAT) calculated by reference to the gross assets (including borrowings incurred for investment purposes) less current liabilities (excluding borrowings incurred for investment purposes) of the Company payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement may be terminated by either party with notice of not less than twelve months. RCM (UK) Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
