Investment management services are provided by Invesco Asset Management Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 0.1875% of the value of the Company's total assets less current liabilities, excluding short-term borrowings undertaken for investment purposes, under management at the end of the relevant quarter. The agreement is terminable at any time by either party giving no less than three months prior written notice.
