The Group has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2007.Investment management services is provided by Montanaro Investment Managers Ltd for a calculated fee at the rate of 1.0% per annum of the Group's market capitalisation (payable in monthly arrears). The agreement is terminable by either party by giving to the other not less than six months' notice.
