The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-May-2007.Investment management services are provided by M&G Investment Management Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 1% on the first 75m, 0.9% on ther next 125m, 0.8% on the excess over 200m. The agreement is terminable by not less than one year's written notice, although in certain circumstances it may be terminated with immediate effect.
