Investment management services are provided by Montanaro Investment Managers Ltd for a fixed fee of 1/12 of 1% of the gross assets of the Company, payable monthly in arrears, and a performance fee of 0.1% of the gross assets of the Company for each 1% outperformance of the Company's net asset value against the SmallCap over the financial year.
