The Company has been granted provisional approval by the HM Revenue and Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 effective from launch.Investment management services are provided by Artemis Investment Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 0.4375% (exclusive of VAT) of the average market capitalisation of the Company payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is terminable by either party giving one year's notice.
