The Group has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 833 of the Corporation Taxes Act 2006 for the year ended 30-Jun-2007.Investment management services are provided by Henderson Global Investors Ltd for a fee calculated at an ad valorem fee of 0.5% per annum, and will be calculated as 0.125% of income inclusive total net assets at each quarter end. The agreement is terminable by six months' notice (reduced to three months if shareholders vote to wind up the Company at one of the regular continuation votes).
