Aehr Test Systems. The Group's principal activities are to design, develop and manufacture test and burn-in equipment used in the semiconductor industry. The Group's products include the MTX massively parallel test system, the MAX burn-in systems, the FOX full wafer contact system, the DiePak carrier and test fixtures. The MTX massively parallel test system is designed to reduce the cost of memory testing by performing both test and burn-in on thousands of devices simultaneously. The FOX is a full wafer contact burn-in and parallel test system designed to make contact with all pads of a wafer simultaneously. The DiePak carrier product line includes reusable temporary die carriers and associated sockets. It markets and sells its products to semiconductor manufacturers, semiconductor contract assemblers, electronics manufacturers and burn-in and test service companies. The Group has foreign operations in Asia and Europe.
