All of the flight operations of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (the Company, AirTran, or Holdings) are conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, AirTran Airways, Inc. (AirTran Airways or Airways). The schedules are designed to provide service and connections for the business and leisure travelers and to facilitate connections for the passengers traveling through Atlanta. The Group offers a range of fares based on advance purchases of fourteen days, seven days, three days and walk-up fares.
