It operates in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. On 31-July-2008, it acquired Ontrack Solutions Pvt Ltd. On 29-Dec-2008, it acquired Nippon Denso Industry Co Ltd. On 01-Jan-2009, the Group acquired Abacus Group plc.
