The Group has joint venture with Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd in Japan that licenses ion implantation technology and manufactures and sells the products in Japan. Products of the Group are sold in the United States, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, China, Japan, Malaysia, Italy, Germany and France. These products are sold directly as well as through distributors and manufacturing representatives. Customers of the Group include Samsung, Micron and IBM.
