The products manufactured by the Diagnostics Segment are integrated systems for specimen collection, safety-engineered blood collection products and systems, molecular testing systems and others. Biosciences Segment produces research and clinical tools that facilitate the study of cells to gain a better understanding of normal and disease processes. Its products are marketed in the United States, Europe, Japan, Asia Pacific, Canada and Latin American countries. On 19-Nov-2009, it acquired HandyLab Inc.
