The Medical/Trek develops, manufactures and distributes ophthalmic surgical products. EMI manufactures and markets digital camera system for ophthalmic fundus photography. It sells its products in U.S and Europe. On 29-May-2008 the company acquired JAS Diagnostics Inc.
