International Shipholding Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to operate a diversified fleet of the United States and international flag vessels, which provide domestic and international maritime transportation services. It operates in four segments: Time Charter Contracts, Contracts of Affreightment (COA), Rail-Ferry Service, and Other. It operates in the United States, Gulf, East Coast, Middle East, Far East and Northern Europe.
