International Shipholding Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to operate a diversified fleet of the United States and international flag vessels, which provide domestic and international maritime transportation services. It operates in four segments: Time Charter Contracts, Contracts of Affreightment (COA), Rail-Ferry Service, and Other. Other segment consists of operations that include more specialized services than three segments, and ship charter brokerage and agency services. It operates in the United States, Gulf, East Coast, Middle East, Far East and Northern Europe.
