Bank of Ireland. The Group's principal activity is providing a range of banking and other financial services. It has five business segments, Retail Republic of Ireland, UK Financial Services, Capital Markets, Bank Of Ireland (BOI) Life and Group Centre. Retail Republic of Ireland incorporates the Branch Network, Mortgage, Consumer Banking, Business Banking and Private Banking activities in the Republic of Ireland. UK Financial Services incorporates Business Banking in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, a branch network in Northern Ireland, a UK residential mortgage business and joint ventures with the UK Post Office. Capital Markets Division comprises Corporate Banking, Global Markets, Asset Management Services and IBI Corporate Finance. BOI Life is the Group's life and pensions business. Group Centre comprises capital management activities.
