Foodservice equipment segment designs, manufactures and markets ice making machines, refrigerator and fountain beverage delivery systems for the restaurant, lodging, convenience store and foodservice markets. Marine service segment provides shipbuilding, repair and maintenance services in the U.S. The Group has international operations in Europe and Asia. Major brand names of the Group are Manitowoc, Multiplex, Kolpak, Harford-Duracool, McCall, McCann's, Koolaire, Flomatic, Kyees and RDI. On 19-Jul-2007 the Group acquired Shirke Construction Equipments Pvt Ltd.
