The principal market area consists of Portage, Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina and Lorain Counties in Ohio. It originates loans for the purchase or construction of residential real estate, commercial real estate and multi-family residential property and land loans. It also originates loans secured by second mortgages, including home equity lines of credit and loans secured by savings deposits. . The Group attracts deposits within its primary market area by offering a variety of deposit instruments, including checking accounts, money market accounts, regular savings accounts and certificates of deposit which generally range in maturity from seven days to five years. As of 30-Jun-2009, the Group operated seventeen offices.
