International segment includes sales and manufacturing operations of the Steelcase and Werndl brands outside the United States and Canada. The Group also provides leasing services to customers to facilitate the purchase of their products and provides selected financing services to their dealers. In 2008, it acquired Ultra Group Company Limited.
