Washington Banking Company. The Group's principal activities are to provide a full range of commercial banking services to small and medium sized businesses. The Group also offers nondeposit managed investment products and services. Its loan portfolio is comprised of commercial loans, include both secured and unsecured loans for working capital and expansion, real estate loans consist of two types: one-to-four family residential and commercial properties, one-to-four family residential loans are secured principally by 1st deeds of trust on residential properties and commercial real estate loans are secured by manufacturing facilities, apartment buildings and commercial buildings for office, storage and warehouse space. The Group operates through its subsidiary, Whidbey Island Bank, providing services through 19 branch offices in five counties located in northwestern Washington.
