The High-Precision Components segment comprises MWD/LWD collars and MWD/LWD internals and parts. The Oilfield Supplies and Service segment comprises non-magnetic drill collars, drilling motors and various other tools for the oilfield as well as repair and service activities. The Group has subsidiaries in Europe, UK, Mexico, the United States of America, Canada, Venezuela, Singapore, and the UAE. In 2008,The Group acquired Techman Engineering Limited.
