Teleperformance - Price Analysis Snapshot
This Report features up to a ten-year record of the equity Price history for Teleperformance. Tabular results include the High, Low and Closing price for the quarter. There is also a calculation of percentage change in price for both Quarterly and Annual periods. Price values are adjusted for stock splits and dividends.
Teleperformance. The Group's principal activity is to provide contact center-based CRM services for all inbound and outbound interactions over all media which form the basis of customer relationships. The Group operates under two major segments: Transmission of Calls and Reception of Calls. Under the Transmission of Calls segment, the Group undertakes inbound interactions. Under the Reception of Calls segment, it receives outbound interactions over all media which form the basis of customer relationships. Its main activities include consultancy and development of CRM solutions, operational management and exploitation of data and optimization of programs. The Group operates in Europe, Middle East, America and Asia Pacific. In 2008, the Group acquired The Answer Group.
