Nexity - Price Analysis Snapshot

This Report features up to a ten-year record of the equity Price history for Nexity. Tabular results include the High, Low and Closing price for the quarter. There is also a calculation of percentage change in price for both Quarterly and Annual periods. Price values are adjusted for stock splits and dividends.

Nexity. The Group's principal activity is to construct buildings and housing lots. The Group operates under three major segments, Housing, business property and Service. Under Housing, the Group constructs and sells residential apartments and individual houses. Under Business property, the Group constructs, develops and promotes office buildings, commercial complexes, high raise buildings and warehouses. The Group also undertakes special projects to renovate and develop shops, retail parks and shopping centers. Under Services, the Group offers residential building management service and also manages rental properties on behalf of institutional investors. The Group operates mainly in Europe. In January, 2008, the Group acquired Iselection.
