Optical disc segment manufactures equipment for the production of CD-Rs, DVDs, DVD-Rs and CD-Audio/ROM. Advanced Process Equipment segment develops, constructs and sells the production equipment for the manufacture of photomasks. Photomasks are used in the semiconductor industry for the transfer of circuit structures to a silicon wafer. The Group has operations in Europe, Asia, North America and other regions. The segment 'Manufacturing Services' was discontinued as on 30-Sep-2006.
