On November 2, 2007, the Group acquired TMM America SA de CV, TMM Continental SA de CV and Multimodal Domestic SA de CV. In 2007, it also acquired Tenedora CSG SA de CV, Arrendadora Norte de Matamoros SA de CV and Comercializador Simec SA de CV.
