For this purpose the Group is in the process of converting two barges into self propelled semi submersible heavy transport vessels. The Group's customers are mainly active in the offshore and gas industries. The Group works on a contract-to-contract basis where the Group takes risks connected to factors like ballast journeys, harbour cost, cribbing and seafastening cost. However, the Group is usually contractually protected against risks of increases in fuel cost, canal transits as well as weather risks.
