The Group's activities are located in Switzerland, Rest of Europe, North America, Asia and Other Countries. On January 1, 2008, the four German subsidiaries - YXLON International Feinfocus GmbH, YXLON International Group Holding GmbH, YXLON International X-Ray GmbH and YXLON International CT Development GmbH - were merged and then renamed YXLON International GmbH, With effect from November 11, 2008, the remaining four foreign subsidiaries of YXLON International GmbH were sold to COMET HOLDING AG. All Group companies are thus held directly by COMET HOLDINGAG.
