The Group has been approved by the HM Revenue Revenue & Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2007.Investment management services are provided by Thames River Capital LLP for a calculated fee of 0.70% per annum on the net asset value of the Ordinary share class payable quarterly in advance. The agreement is terminable by either party without compensation on the provision of not less than 12 months' written notice.
