The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue & Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income & Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Jan-2007.Investment management services are provided by Artemis Investment Management Ltd for an annual fee (exclusive of VAT) of 2% of the value of the Company's net assets payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is terminable by either party on giving twelve months' notice.
