The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Nov-2006.Investment management services are provided by RCM (UK) Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 0.5% per annum (plus VAT) calculated by reference to the net assets of the Company payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is terminable by either party with notice of not less than twelve months.
