The Group has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for all accounting periods up to and including 31-Dec-2006.Investment management services are provided by Aberdeen Asset Management PLC for a fee calculated at 0.75% of shareholders' funds plus short and medium-term funding calculated monthly and paid quarterly. The agreement is terminable by either party on one year's notice.
