Investment management services are provided by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 0.125% quarterly in arrears, based on the value of the portfolio at 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. The agreement is terminable by either party giving 6 months notice.
