The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Elderstreet Private Equity Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 2.0% (plus VAT) of net assets per annum. The agreement is terminable by either party on one year's notice.
