It invests in quoted and unquoted equities, bonds and structured income products, specialist funds, sterling CD's and strategic investments. The objective of the Group is to provide income shareholders with a high starting yield (defined as 10.0% with annual rises in line with the Retail Price Index) and generate long term value for Capital shareholders in excess of 3% per annum over the risk free rate of return (defined as libor).Investment management services are provided by EPIC Investment Partners for a fee calculated at 1.00% per annum of the total assets payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is fixed for an initial period of 2 years and thereafter is terminable by either of the parties giving not less than 12 months' notice.
