These restaurants operate as either a BJ's Restaurant and Brewery, a BJ's Pizza and Grill, a BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse or a Pietro's Pizza restaurant. The menus offered by the Group's restaurants include deep-dish pizza, BJ's own hand-crafted beers, appetizers, entrees, pastas, sandwiches, speciality salads and desserts. The ten BJ's Restaurant and Brewery restaurants have in-house brewing facilities where BJ's hand-crafted beers are produced. The Group purchases its food products from several wholesale distributors. The Group opened 15 restaurants in fiscal 2008.
